- Transaction Execution — assist with drafting term sheets and supporting the negotiation and documentation process from term sheet through closing
- Portfolio Management — actively engaging portfolio companies and being a trusted partner and resource to our management teams is core to MPC’s investment philosophy. Successful Senior Associates will develop relationships with management teams and board directors, continue to better understand the key micro and macro business drivers as companies and industries evolve, track performance through monthly financials and KPIs, assess the portfolio companies’ ability to meet investment objectives on an on-going basis and proactively engage in course correction as needed.
- Capital Raising/Investor Relations — participate in MPC’s capital raising and investor relations meetings and related activities by preparing presentations that describe MPC’s unique model, investment thesis, and philosophy
- Firm Operations — help develop internal operations and procedures to ensure the long-term scalability and efficiency of MPC and its investment process
